Any idea on what to do - apple repair?

Options
Hi ya, i had my screen replaced by apple in april as the screen failed on my iMac, this took a week. When i got it back the hard drive wasn't booting properly and the screen was all over the place with the lighting and colours. I took it back they have now had my iMac for three weeks, i am a photographer and losing money for all the time they have it. They say the screen isn't in yet and no way of following it up?? Any help please Carlix

Is the repair being done at an Apple store?
Some Apple resellers have to order parts and Apple seems to prioritise their own stores first.
You could try phoning Applecare and see what is happening.

It is being done at one of the apple stores. they seem to have no way, at least this is what they are saying, or tracking the part. they offer nothing else other than to come get it and they'll call when its in. that is a two hour roundtrip however and then another trip to drop it down there again and another to pick it up. i did ask them in the beginning if i could order the part and drop it down when it was in but they said they couldn't x

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Ask if they can supply you with a loan machine as yours is taking so long to repair.
How do I add a signature?

I think I would be phoning Applecare to see if it can be prioritised and to see if I could have a loan machine until it is fixed. Apple are usually very quick to turn machines round.
