Amazon

I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse from Amazon a few weeks ago. Though it works fine, im a bit disappointed at the rate it uses batteries. So last night I e-mailed them stating the problem. Very soon after I received an e-mail saying that they no longer stocked the item but that I could have either 20 per cent off or I could get a full refund. Now thats what I call service. I will definately be using Amazon again. Im very impressed, thanks to all at Amazon.

Well I wont be using them again, after I emailed them again, they didnt seem to want to know.
AMAZON SUCK, AND I WONT USE THEM AGAIN.

    I'd have to agree!

We bought a microwave 7 months ago and it has become extremely noisey. E-mailed Amazon to see about how to get it repaired and was instantly offered a replacement or full refund. I decided on the refund, so now have my money back and a noisey microwave!
