I have been trying to get through to Sony Beats for two weeks. Each time the answer machine says leave your details and someone will get back to you in 24 hours but no one calls back.
I want to find out why the points on my July statement were halved in my August statement. I still have enough to get a music centre but I can't get through. Does anyone know how to get through to them

My last 2 orders were rejected after a couple of weeks due to stock unavailability. What happens if that happens again?

If a product is not in stock and you are notified of this after the closure date there will be an opportunity for you to re-order. However we would request that a re-order is made within two working days of the cancellation notification being received.
