I have been getting charged for about 2 years now and i cannot contact them and ask them why they keep taking money out of my account every week especially when i was only signed upto a 30 day free trial and have only ever had 1 dvd from them they take £4.99 almost every week is there anyway i can reclaim this ?

Would that be a 30 day free trial says that it says then leads to a recurring membership on expiry if you don't cancel it by any chance?
Have you seriously only just noticed a company taking £4.99 a week (your figure) out of your account, not that I recall Lovefilm ever having a weekly package. Are you sure of the amounts they are taking?
Or is it more a case of only now getting round to cancelling your membership having not watched any DVDs?0
