Anyone know where I can get a list of this month's new Amex Foursquare offers? Did well last month, can't wait for more freebies!

Just tried to grab some of these on the last day, but looks to have been pulled already ? Can anyone confirm ?

They are no longer showing up on the app, so we'll have to wait for the new round of offers now ... :(

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that this is one of the worst-designed, difficult to use, completely counterintuitive apps around?

I agree, it's slightly difficult but then it is free cash! Out of 5 offers claimed, only 3 tracked. But this is slightly new technology and it's really about you checking in to a retailer and all your Foursquare friends knowing - technically they are paying you to advertise themselves, similar to Facebook "likes".

I had no problems with the tracking - two Amex cards produced a total of £90. An excellent result. But actually using the app was a nightmare, and I wouldn't use it again without the incentive.

There's a new Amex-Foursquare check-in deal at the National Theatre, South Bank, London SE1 9PX. Check-in, spend £10 on your synced card and get £10 back on your statement.

This is available until 9th September and can be used at in-venue concessions and the bookstore, but not the box office.

Amex also have a Service Centre at the National Theatre, to help with exploring London, account queries and syncing cards. They're open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm & Sundays 12 noon – 6pm, until 9th September.

Where do you find out about new deals? Do either Foursquare or Amex publish them? I couldn't see anything.
  • Harvey Nichols are on their now. Spend £25, get £25 back. Pretty good!

Can't see any others at the moment.
