car insurance
hi i'm new here tonight so not quite sure how site works but would like to share this with you all.
my car insurance is due so i thought i would get some on line quotes just to see how much each one differ...i have been with LV for a number of years, i have max no claims discount,no claims, been driving nearly 30 years,no points etc..last year LV changed me £678..full comp, with pro no claims bonus, year before £398..i have W reg clio 1149cc so a small car...
I have got quotes lowest being £188..highest £209...my policy details i did not change i kept everything as with LV, so it's worth taking the time to shop around,
think i'll give LV a telephone call to see why they are so different in price.
hope i've done this right L

you probably made the mistake last time of auto-renewing rather than shopping around, every year you will find that whoever you are with will try it on and if just 5% of customers accept the inflated price without shopping around first then they make a fortune for doing littleBe Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

ive had some female customers telling me liverpool and victoria have lost the plot with regards pricing this last 12 months
i always suggest either a price comparison site or even better your local friendly broker as a way of saving costs0 -
I have just renewed mine and for the first time that I can remember, my current insurer was the most competitive and I did not have to increase my excess.
What I can't understand however is the massive difference in prices displayed on the same comparison website for like for like products. Does anyone ever pay £960 for fully comp from insurer A when insurer B offers the same for £350 ?0 -

We paid £398 for me (24yo) and my wife (27yo) this year but some insurers quoted over £2k!0 -

I wonder if it might be the case that L&V have already made premium changes because of this:
