just wondered if any one had heard of the company "diamond lifestyle"
We are considering buying our council home (with 22,000 discount) and this company have offered to help-I really don't know where to start with mortgage companies!
I aspplied through the bank with cheltenham and gloucester (who were the best according to martin when I applied) but got declined, I have a bad credit rating and have been wondering if I am better of applying through a company that deals with bad credit?- I have waited 6 years for my credit rating to improve and it hasn't so it is no good waiting any longer!
thankyou for the advice

Proud to be dealing with my debts!;)
Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!

I think you need to find out why your credit records are bad. I thought most things dropped off after six years so you should check that the information held on you is correct.
Also, to find the best mortgage for you, you will need to see a whole of market mortgage adviser.0 -
Its very easy to do it yourself. Dont give yourself more debt by employing one of these "agents". Get the forms from the Council and fill them in. Then go to a Mortgage advisor to get a mortgage sorted. Then get a Solicitor.0
