Just a thought before I go to sleep.
Reading about PPI do many people have success from this. Obviously this would be helpful in order for my debts to reduce.
Is this something thats easy to do and have a success rate? I'll do my homework tomorrow just wanted a little overview.Watch this space.... Will update soon!0 -
seems I have used Experian/exquifax before. Need to reset my passwords. I'll give them a call tomorrow.
Had a clear out of my room and found £4.60.
How do you guys save coins? Does anyone save pound coins?Watch this space.... Will update soon!0 -
If me or DH break into a note then the change goes into a bag in the drawer. This is what i take for my £2 a day limit
or if DH needs a £1 for the trolley etc. End of the month if we're in the black we'll use this change for a little treat

I think I'm going to do a £2 pot and a 20p pot. I have a big cola bottle to put my pennies in.
Do you have a diary sistafromanothermista as I suspect my debts to be in the same region as yours. I'd be interested to see.Watch this space.... Will update soon!0 -

See my sig!;)
I've kept a £2 one for years and it's always been for the need things that I can't afford (tend to clear out once a year and use it - was a lawn mower last year!) but towards the end of last year I started another one for £1 and 50p.
Really as the year before I was totally stung in the bad weather as had to get the bus for 3 weeks - costing £8 / day (compared to £2.50 in fuel) so wanted a bit saved up in case it was needed again.
Thankfully didn't need it (and long may that last!:)), so I've bought a new printer this year and gone on a crochet course (not really a need but have wanted to learn since I was a kid).
All £2 and 50p go in and if I've a load of £1, I'll stick 2 or 3 in as well.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -

Im gonna go with £2's and 20ps I think. That sounds like a good idea using it to buy things you can't afford.
Also with my new job I get use of the van to travel to and from work. I'm saving about £20 a week on commute/fuel so I should really put that to good use.Watch this space.... Will update soon!0
