It can actually be every 3 months!!!
last few appeals I won, I was called in not long after ( 3 month usually)....
Been left alone slightly longer this time - but probalby only due to winning an upper tribunal, and complaining *very* high up.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

Sangio, I don't know whether you would be able to get a Statement of Reasons after this length of time. It might be worth you putting in a Subject Access Request for everything the DWP has on file about you.0
