You should have a right to ask for a copy of the credit agreement, call the call centre and ask them to raise it as a complaint.
I never got the original records however they listened and agreed I was in the right. You should be to ask for a copy of the transcript expect a long wait time on the complaint if memory serves me correct it's was 21 working days0 -
So basically there is no proof anywhere that anyone has had a successful complaint upheld in regard to this matter?
I've only just noticed it on my statement, my main thing is that I want to cancel it - I cant be bothered with the seeming hassle of claiming mis-selling just want to stop future payment0
