I would take it back, explain was a MD gift, you've lost receipt, it's not suitable and just request a straight swap with the product you want, if the price is different (less) they should put the rest onto a giftcard for you, or maybe you could get something else, i wouldn't mention the wrap though!!Kat :money:0 -

I have taken an item back to No7 and was told I could exchange only for other No7 items. Tried to be cheeky and get another wrap as well but SA wasn't having any of it (should have said this was without a receipt)0 -

just bought this set of cosmetic
brushes today, they are on the Boots 17
stand as £4.99.
But when they go through the
till they scan at 50p.
Got two as these will make nice stocking
fillers at Christmas or to add to presents.
had a good look at these and they seem nice quality
there is inside the packet a
Blusher brush
2 eye shadow brushes
lip liner & lip colour brush
eye shadow brush and sponge
handy if your trying to round up to a £5
sale to get another voucher:j:j:j0 -
does any one know if you can still get the massager with a £5 voucher today as i read the offer ends on the 20th does this mean at the end of the day or beginning of the day the offer is supposed to end. thanksThe average woman would rather have beauty than brains,
because the average man can see better than he can think.
Many people's view of the world is down to their experience, perception and what they have been conditioned to,this isnt any old MSE reply this is a important and experienced MSE reply :rotfl:0 -
santashelper
just bought one this morning
with my voucher:j:j:j0 -
Morning!
Not sure if anyone else tried/posted this yet, but thought this might be useful...
I happened upon one of my favourite SAs yesterday when redeeming my times vouchers. I gave her my first SS skin item and £4 of other odds and ends and asked her to try the times voucher and £3 mag voucher.
They scanned fine, but the receipt showed that the £3 voucher comes off the skincare THEN the times voucher converts it to free, so still owed £4ish.
Oh well, it was worth a try
Had a right giggle after that though... went and chose all my SS items I was getting with times vouchers, and several No7 electricals to use up my No7 vouchers, and went back to nice SA... "I'd like to do 14 transactions please?" :rotfl:
Also asked about No7 vouchers when paying with points... one SA said yes and one SA said no at exactly the same time! Again had a laugh and both promised to give me No7 vouchers if I bought some stuff with points.
By this point they were so confused by me that:
I spent £5 in points and got 2 No7 vouchers
Redeemed above 2 vouchers and spent another £5 in points and got another No7 voucher.
Already had No7 item for what I thought would be last voucher, redeemed it and got given it back! :rotfl:
Sccoted off to other end of store and redeemed last voucher for 2nd time and finally left the store with about £200 of stuff and no cash spent (and I struggled to carry it all) :TIf a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!0 -
fair play Kaos, that's quite a haul!!
Exeter is quite god for things like this (saturday SA's aren't the brightest) but not quite to this degree!!
Well done!ROCK:staradmin0
