I did, the reps have been in 3 times this week- the first rep just chatted for a while and i really did get a facial wash and some skin comfort balm but no voucher off her at all, the 2nd rep refused to give me a collagen sample as i mentioned i had sensitive skin and todays rep had a glazed expression on her face and managed to look away everytime i walked towards her aisle.I know i am not scary looking, ugly or invisible so what could the reason be?I love sanctuary bath stuff and really wnat to try the face stuff aswell, the voucher would help a bit more.Oh is so fed up of me moaning about it, offered to go and ask the lady for a £5 voucher but i wouldnt allow oh to do that for me.

Oh has got me a voucher fom ebay for £1.79

Great time in Chelmsford today. The Sanctuary lady was there and so I got two £5 vouchers with 2 items. Added to that 2 body washes and 2 free bags. The girl at the till was lovely.
Did it in two transactions and paid just £7 and got £4 back in points. Used the £3 mag voucher, £2 luxury bathing and 200 points on the first transaction and got a No7 voucher back.
Second time I used a £3 voucher out of the free Sanctuary bag and a 200 points voucher.
Now I have 6 No7 coupons to use and not much electrical stuff left in Harlow to choose from. No Sanctuary bags here either.

    Hi,mrsmoneyspender
In your first inquiry did you mention you would be using the £5 voucher? I assume that is what you did. Yesterday I asked a SA if when using vouchers I could pay with points and she said I couldn't... So buying n7, using n7 voucher, you cannot pay with points (regardless of the wrap)- is this right?

no you can't unfortunately pay part points and cash
i had paid for the mirror with my points and wanted to know if i should have received the wrap and a no7 voucher
it turns out cs says yes i should have but it seems sa don't give you them
i think you have to challenge them but if they don't give in then it's back on the phone to customer service
  • Hiya fellow Bootsers

I think I read in a previous post that the half price on all no 7 electricals ends soon - could I just ask is it definately on 20th March??? - (is this confirmed?)if so I really need to get the face massagers this weekend for free using the £5 vouchers!!!

ps are the eyelash curlers really not worth getting?? (a lot of people have said that they don't work??)

Hope to receive a reply - thanksXX

    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows of Boots/SA in Brum where my parenting voucher would be scanned without question? I did'nt have much luck yesterday with the 2 City Centre Boots! The other option is the Fort.....but not too confident after yesterday's experience!
Hi, bumpty bump......advise welcome! Thanks in advance!

Sorry Rosey it appears to be pot luck, You just have to keep trying different SAs until you drop lucky. Are you near Sutton? could give it a try there.
