DDI wanted a couple of eye shadow pots from the collection 2000 range so I said she could get them with some of my points. We noticed that if you spend £5 then you also get a free lip and cheek tint so grabbed one of those as well. At the till it all went through fine but the till said I couldn't pay with points as they were invalid productsThe SA said a lot of make up does this and there is nothing they can do about it.
Is this right?, I thought all makeup could be bougt with points, or maybe you can't use points when there is free gift involved
Can anyone shed any light on this, I will have to buy these now as I promised them
Thanks
I bought two Clinique items last week, using points, and was given the free gift at the same time. I would check it out.0 -

can anyone tell me if the £3 off sanctuary spa voucher in the back of the magazine can be used against reduced items or only full price goods? Also, can I use it on the masks, etc? Have looked back to try to find this but no luck.

In my store today they had No7 Naturally Sunkissed body moisturiser reduced to £2.18 and No7 Really Renewing Body Polish also reduced to £2.18. Had the £5 voucher from the mailing, so got 4 and paid £1.54 (one free on 3for2, and couldn't bare 'wasting' 62p by just getting 3 for £4.38)! Just checked on the website and these are showing as £8.75 each :j0
