Just straightened my hair with the kit and WOW is all I can say.

Got my neighbours daughter in to help (she is 14yrs), yes it did take quite a long time to do about 2 hours, but well worth it.

My hair feels very soft and have not straightened it with straighters but it is straight, yippee :j

For all those who want to try - go for it. It does smell horrible while doing, after the second stage this smell goes and then you wash it so smell goes anyway.

My hair feels so soft and smooth all I want to do is run my fingers through it. :D

If you are not happy with what you got then yes I think you should send them the link to the item picture and say they are deceiving you. That is if you genuinely want a refund. Tell them you will not pay to return the item to them unless they refund you the postage costs plus the cost of going to the PO. Or they can send someone out to pick it up. I am sure if you start using strong words in the email like deception, unprofessional, false marketing they will probably just send you the money back! Probably even let you keep the product!

It was a mailing through the post. Only the "best" customers seem to receive these, although I have no idea how they decide who is better!!

    Hi,
Went to Boots today and had a free gift with 2 No 7 purchases. However did not see any of the nice bags people talk about - or any wraps. Am I doing something wrong?

PS - the gift was a stripey box containing 15ml Uplifting Day Cream, 15ml Uplifting Night Cream; 5 ml Protect & Perfect and 25 ml Younger Longer Hand Cream

The 5ml Protect and Perfect might make you money on E-bay!

The wraps are finished ,although I suppose some store may have some kicking around.
