Hi all I hope someone can help. I tried returning some No 7 suncream (failed 6 for 1 attempt) today, with my receipt, and told it was cosmetics and I couldn't return it by the No 7 lady and at another till. Has anyone ever successfully returned it? \worth a call to Cs to complain?

No7 suncare can be returned as it is classed as skincare and not cosmetics. I wouldn't call CS to complain, just call them to get clarification that it can, and take down the name of whoever you speak to who told you so. If you don't want to bother phoning, I did a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a Beverly, who told me that I could return it.

Totally unrelated to anything useful about bootsing!!! BUT i finally managed to get hold of the Limited Edition blusher from Clinique. Clinique itself is sold out, so are the debenhams stores and my local boots! But Boots.com comes to the rescue!! yiiippppppppeeeeeee :j :j

ok i expect no one else cares so I will calm it!

off topic i know but when your clinique ones runs out and you can't get hold of it anymore i TOTALLY recommend Benetint by Benefit as a blusher. It looks a bit scary in the bottle - luminous pink! - but is a beautiful natural colour, you can easily build it up to the required darknessand suits all colours/complexions, .

It's also great to use on your lips and I have heard that in LA (where else?!) it is used on, er, 'the ladybits' of strippers to make the, er, 'areas' stand out even more.

Benefit on bonus points at the moment so slightly related to bootsing.

If you're looking for the Protect & Perfect Serum try checking the drawers under the displays ( if the NO7 SA isn't about!). A very helpful, obviously new SA looked for a lady & there were several there but none on display!!
Quite funny really because she handed the lady 2 of them & the No:7 SA was coming back & shouted over that it was totally sold out!!! New SA told her she'd found a few & did she want her to put them out for her. No 7 SA told her she'd sort it out, but looked none too pleased. LOL!!!
Why are they sooo protective over their stock??
