  • ok,
Very first post so please bear with me ..... Bought No7 suncream last Tuesday and was charged £6 each. Got home and checked on here and it said they are BOGOF (working out at £3 each). They are BOGOF and 1/2 price online too. Who do I complain to ? Do you think they will honour the mis price or is it at local store manager's discretion? Also what is the heads -up when returning sun care? I ws told it was cosmetics and you cant return ?

    hi Bagpuss (cool name btw!)

you will not have a problem returning things, and whoever told you it was cosmetics was wrong. i have returned some and just said i bought them for someone but they have sensitive skin and therefore cant use no7.

as for the suncream, you are best getting a price check and ask the SA if they are BOGOF as they are online. I am not sure if it is at local stores discretion or a national deal...maybe someone else could help you...

Just wanted to say I've managed to put together a lovely basket of No7 stuff for my sister, who's getting married soon - thanks for all the advice! :T I finally managed to use up all the vouchers today (accrued through buying lunch in Boots on expenses for the past two weeks! And my boss is impressed how little I spent on lunch as usually people go crazy on the work account :D )

Just made me giggle that it's going to cost me more to post it than I paid for it! :rotfl:

Well i went to the local retail park & picked up 6 lots of No7 suncream & aftersun lotions this evening. Got it to the till & the helpful SA was asking me if i wanted to put it through 2 at a time & if i had vouchers etc,I asked her to just put it through all together & that yes i had vouchers. At this point she looked at me like i was a little mad!
Low & behold she put it through & the total came up as £6.00! I handed over my £5.00 No7 voucher & £1.00!At this point SA laughed & said "very clever!" I said i was unsure if that would work but as it has i'll just grab some more! So i then got another 6! :T
Needless to say i'm as pleased as punch!

I was bidding on that but had to go out so missed it in the end . :o I was bidding on one once that I think you were too ! Have managed to get 3 so far and a nice booklet. However I am finding it tricky putting items through with the £5 parenting voucher without it being noticed so am retiring from buying them- plusthere is only so much that I nned/can use/ can give as pressies.
I madea big mistake today- bought the hydra quench mask and forgot to hand over the 250 points voucher

I had great fun in Boots today. i needed some high factor stuff for skiing, so bought the Soltan factor 40 on bogof along with a few other bits and pieces which came to £15.32. I used an 'extra points for over £15' voucher, and a '50 points with the Expert range' voucher, and received a £5 off No7 voucher back. I then bought two £6 No 7 suntan lotions on bogof and a moisturiser, used my £5 off voucher and received the wrap free gift. I got another £5 voucher back which I then used to get another two NO7 sun lotions for a £1. I love a bargain!

It's great when it all works out!!!!!:T

Does anyone know if the Trafford Centre Boots have the Sanctuary weekend pamper bag left? I know there are none left in the Market Street branch.

    Thanks in advance!

Trafford Centre had quite a few this afternoon

Had a good day in boots today. Went in for a prescription for daughter & first thing I saw were 2 No 7 vouchers on floor!
Also returned 4 unwanted items (originally free gifts with another offer) & swapped them for 17 pound of sthings I wanted & spent no7 vouchers on yet more aftersun. Came out with another no7 voucher as well, & spent less than I got points back!
Hoping to go to another boots on Friday where they had reduced no 7 stuff last week.
Do not know if I'm more addicted to Boots or this thread!

    Hi,
some of you have mentioned that you've returned Nº7 suncare on account of sensitive skin. I purchased a lot of suncare for myself and my mum, but have not tried any  , since I was planning on opening them closer to the summer. Has anyone had problems with the suncare from Nº 7 (body and face)? Please let me know and I will start using it to check I have no problem.
    Thanks.
ps: I know the sensitive skin line is an excuse most of the time, but if there is any truth, please tell me.
