flipping heck i hope mine are soft for £4.95, thats daylight robbery for a pack of face wipes!!! i only actually paid £1.95 tho

The pore perfecting ones are like sandpaper and the quick fix ones are the soft ones :D It may just be my skin but the pore perfecting ones have indentations all through the wipe and feel quite acidic when used! Thankfully i only got 1 pack of those and loads of the others!! :rotfl:

I've just tried to complete on online order at boots... I'd ordered the perfume (just for the free bag!!!) & 2 of the benefit sharpners for the 500 extra points. I got excited as there is now a new offer on benefit which i did not know about... a free bag when you purchase 2 items... it also works in conjunction with the extra points promotion.

    http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1083699

As i tried to put my details in... i got a message up saying they had now run out of stock! Although i already had them in my basket. Rang up CS & they said someone must have beaten me to it by a few seconds & they had now run out :(

And there was me thinking I'd done well on my first online bootsing experience!

I just went to boots. No bonus points at the AC machine on Sanctuary though for me :(

First the SA scanned all the items, then I said I wanted to pay for some using my points. So she took off some of the items and I paid by cash. The others were rescanned then I redeemed points.

    My reciept:

    TS mini shampoo 159points
    TS mini conditioner 159points
    TS Shine spray [free]
    Aquafresh Toothbrush 249points
    LUNCH 299points

    Sanc Body Scrub £4.50
    Sanc Body Lotion £4.50
    Free weekend paper bag
    Rapid white kit £7.99
    Aussie 3min Mircle £4.49
    Aquafresh toothpaste £1.96
    Dove deodrant £1.95
    TOTAL CASH SPEND: £25.39

I had 1195 points before, now I have 309. But I shouldn't have paid for the 2nd Aquafresh item as its BOGOF! :(

I dont understand why the SA had to do 2 transactions?? Just confused matters!

    I want my £1.96 back! :p

if she split the 2 aquafresh items and scanned one in each transaction it won't recognise the BOGOF, you could ring CS and ask why she would have done it? or take them all back to store with receipts and ask if you can return and re-buy them sp you get the BOGOF

Hi, I had a good shop in Boots today and I changed the way I shop...

I used to buy everything in Boots with the aim of how many points I could get, I never wanted to spend my points and was always trying to get more ( you all know what I mean!)

Today I realised how daft that was but I still couldn't bring myself to use them until I found a little known shelf near to the chemists part of the store.

It contained lots of items that I couldn't earn points on so I could legitimately use my points without feeling I was missing out on earning extra, (does this sound familiar?)

Anyway, the shelf in question contained Boots own brand Toilet roll, Fairy washing up liquid, Boots own brand washing powder and Fabric conditioner plus lots of other useful household things we all have to buy anyway.

I just thought I would let people know who are a little points obsessed (like me!) that they can buy these in Boots without any cash changing hands rather than spending hard cash in the supermarket later on :)
