i wonder how they decide who is a best customer.I go in everyday sometimes twice and sometimes 2 differnet stores aswell.I spend money on saturdays at least £15 to £20 easily and on weekdays about £3 to £5ish and im still not a best customer.

It has to be entirely random as I got one last time on a brand new card that I hadn't even used once!

My other cards didn't get any and neither did my daughters card which she has had for alt least 5 years.

I really wanted one this time as I have spotted a reduced Time delay microdermabrasion in my store and the booklet has a £5 voucher in :(

Ah well, I can dream ;)

sorry if this has already been posted it, not noticed anything but it's hard to miss things in this vast thread!

Got 2 flyers in my boots bag yesterday re Elizabeth Arden
    (1) valid 21/3/07-10/4/07
"buy any 2 E Arden products, one to be skin care and get 1000 adv card points"

    (2) valid 12/4/07-5/5/07
free beauty gift with any 2 A Arden products
on the picture gift looks like a box with various samples inc sm set make up brushes, lipstick, after five perfume, a compact & a few other items says worth £40 (based on ml/g value standard products)

Good for anyone who uses Elizabeth Arden to stock up. Guess the gift one you could buy items with AC points ??

cheapest thing on website is green tea body lotion £6.50

Aww! I bought a perfume set for £12.50, had I known about that, i'd have bought another cheap item to get, I used points as well :(

The £5 off micro dermision system is only valid with the system kit which is £19.99  the micro dermision kit is reduced to £6.49 but the voucher is not valid on that- sadly.

QUESTION - I tried to use the £5 parenting club voucher on a no7 pore finisher thing at £16.50 it only took £5 off ! eek does anyone know why - has it happend to anyone else ?

I popped back into the glasgow fort today at about 12 there was now no sanctuary bags left. I grapped an sa and he said they had sold out that morning and that as a company boots didnt have anymore- although I might be able to find one or two in the odd store. Must add the no7 women was very nice. I just bought the product and she put through the no7 voucher and gave me a wrap.
I got the clinique bonus as I had £20 piggy voucher on a pamper card. I got a lippy for £12 & eyeshadow duo at £14. Used a 750 extra points voucher ( as there are NO extra points automatically in store ) and printed off an extra 1000 points bonus from acm machine for £20 spend. She gave me a voucher for 500 points with any clinique purchases over £25 for april- shame I wont need it and no one is alloweed to pm me for it as i would have easily gave it to a good home ........

If anyone has a 750 points voucher and is looking for the best way to max points estee lauder do the cheapest item at £4.99 for a sharpenr. They also have 500 extra points with 2 purchases. If you use the 750 points you get in total 1250 points. However best to get the items from estee luader women and pay at main kiosk as they know about extra 500 points but the kiosk sa prob wont notice.
  • Hello Fellow Bootsters!

Does anyone know an email address for customer services, have looked on website and can only find relating to Boots.com.

I want to know whether they will accept 2 jars of unopened Essensial Moisture face cream back for a refund without a receipt. Purchased before i found MSE. I now have around 12 jars of face cream and will take me way past its use by date and into my 90's. I have however, run out of nice bath smellies so was hoping i could do an exchange for those. (any ideas on deals for nice smellies seeing as sanctuary has run out?) Plenty of botanics wipes and shaving gel still though. :rotfl:

    Many Thanks
    x

I Took some back recently and just said it was for Mother;s day but Mum told me two days before that she only uses Olay so I'd had to nip to Tesco's to get some. No probs with exchange.
