I have 2 of the 750 points vouchers, one is from the pregnancy booklet and one is from the pink as one of our best customers...booklets. They both say 750 points when you buy any combination of two cosmetic or skincare products from Clinique, Clarins, etc, etc and they have two different barcodes on the back. I wonder if both would work if I buy say 2 Clinique lipglosses and get the free gift and possibly 1500 points????

worth a shot!!! if they refuse just smile and say thought i would try my luck! wish i was a best customer

i wonder how they decide who is a best customer.I go in everyday sometimes twice and sometimes 2 differnet stores aswell.I spend money on saturdays at least £15 to £20 easily and on weekdays about £3 to £5ish and im still not a best customer.

I have nearly £300 in points on my card and still never received the best customer booklet, it's not fair!! I cheated and bought it on Ebay!!

Loulou, if it makes you feel a little better, I've screwed them for over 35 rentals thanks to a 3 month trial offer back in Jan. That'll be cancelled asap when it expires.

To avoid being caught out, remove all titles from your rental list before you send your last lot of films back. They can't send you any more (and force you to pay for a month's rental) if there's nothing in your rental list!

Have you complained to Boots Customer Services? Say how peed off you were with it's promotion partner and how that adversely affects your estimation of Boots. They can only tell you to fudge off!

tbh i dont spend that much but i do have alot of points so im not that shocked i am not a best customer! guess you have to be pregnant or "special" to get the deals

i have loadsa points, am on parenting club, and order online still not special!
Maybe because i have complained alot recently
