viewing integrated appliances before purchase

I am currently checking out appliances for a new kitchen. When it comes to the washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, I have found that very few are available to see in a showroom.

in comparison i have seen ovens and hobs on display.

I am happy to read reviews online and order online to save a bit but still prefer to see them before buying.

Do other people just not bother any more and rely on online reviews/recommendations?

I have recently bought a new integrated washer dryer and a fridge. Although I do buy a lot online I bought these from an independent store and they did have them to view in the shop. The store came under Euronics but I think they are privately owned. Might be worth seeing if you have one locally.

I do have a Euronics shop fairly close and will have a look there but it isn't a big one.

The one I used wasn't big but they had more in there than I would have expected. They had the best price on the fridge but I could have got the washer dryer a bit cheaper elsewhere. They did try to match the price though and were very helpful.

Euronics are a good call and so are large branches of Currys, the one near me has a huge selection of intergrated apppliances on show. I know this is not true of all branches though.

Also if you ask branches of the likes of the DIY sheds, you will probably find they have more on display than you think. The kitchen showroom in my store is not huge compared to some others but I have six intergrated dishwashers for example.

I will look in my local Curry's again. Last time i did see integrated fridge freezers but not washing machines or dishwashers. I looked at the display kitchens in B & Q but didn't see any appliances included.

I must confess to doing all the research and the buying of my integrated appliances online as there are no shops in my area where I can go to view such appliances. And as a non driver, it's just not possible for me to travel a distance to visit such shops.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I am also a non driver but live in London so can get to most stores except the out of town ones. I want to be able to open doors and look inside.
