Do Company/Retail managers read this site?

With the regular complaints concerning service from the many companies mentioned on this site,particularly kitchen suppliers.I wonder if any of the firms staff or managers take the time tp read the complaints and do anything about it?Apathy seems to be on the increase with nearly all the major retailers these days. Take Magnet Kitchens for example and Homebase,posting after posting saying how out of touch they are with pricing.Everest and Anglian regularly get a pasting on here about the hard sell tactics.Ikea about follow up service etc.etc. perhaps this site should be the first read in the morning at staff meetings,that is of course if they bother to have them any more.

Some clearly do and come on here to invite OP's to PM them to resolve their issues.

Agree with cddc. Most don't and perhaps they should. Perhaps its irrelevant to their business activities though. It might be meaningful to them if everyone in the UK trawled through these pages before buying but they don't so the uninformed majority don't even get to hear the criticisms.

The upside is we can go on slagging them off to our heart's content without fear of recrimination.
