how much for 2 sets of new waste pipes linked to current pipes

how much for 2 set of new waste pipes linked to current pipes.

We want too fit 2 new bathrooms in a house.
So we need 2 sets of additional waste water and effluent pipes. One set is apapprox 3ft away from a vent pipe.(ground floor bathroom)
Other set is one floor more or less up from second floor bathroom. (well one floor up and aprox 5ft along)

Anyone had anything like this done?
How much ball park?

Of what material is your current stack made? If its cast then the cost will be higher than if its plastic.

Much will depend on whether or not the existing soil stacks are internal or external. External probably equates to cast iron, internal to plastic.

Thats not necessarily the case as many previously cast stacks have been replaced with plastic. Nevertheless you introduce a good point. Second floor bathroom might imply 70s build town house which if so almost certainly means an internal plastic stack. Each brings its own challenges.

So OP needs to give a lot more data if he wants anything remotely resembling a sensible answer.

OP are you converting this (larger) property into smaller (bedsit??) dwellings or just making life better for you and your family?

You do realise that "change of use" for the rooms concerned means building regs approval don't you?

    Cheers

No, time moves on, all external stacks, and their replacements, have been plastic for ? 40 years??
