Dro help!

I am hopefully just about to be accepted for a DRO threw the CCCS. I wanted to know once the DRO is granted do my circumstances have to stay exactly the same for a year from the date its granted?? Its just Im a single Mum with 3 kids, i am currently a full-time mum. Although i have a partner we don't live together due to various personal circumstances. We want to move in together as a family, but i have no way of paying my debt back and a DRO is my only option. Do we have to stay living apart for the next year? Can i not go back to work? I don't want to jepodise losing my DRO , But want to change my family's life and future? How would the DRO people know if i did move in with my partner? Do you have to keep in contact with them till the years up?
Thanks

You have to remain within the qualifying criteria for the year, so if you got a job, as long as your surplus is still less than £50 when the budget is recalculated then the DRO will continue. Again, if your partner moves in with you, the surplus must remain under £50 once the budget has been recalculated.

The DRO people would know because you have to tell them of any changes during the 12 month moratorium, and you sign a declaration when the DRO is submitted to say that you will do this, and you understand that if you fail to honour this you are liable to prosecution.

If you have changes in your circs during your 12 month moratorium period, any intermediary worth their salt will try their hardest to get the budget to fit so your DRO can continue
