hello viewers.
I am thinking of getting a netbook and have seen a few in argos at around the £230+ price range. What makes are to be avoided and is a 10 inch screen very usable?
I like the smallness and light weight of them over a standard laptop.
Any tips appreciated, thanks.

Netbooks tend to be much of a muchness TBH - A very similar set of components and specs abound across the whole range of prices/manufacturers.
Yes the small screen is usable but it is less practical than a full size screen. You soon adjust to its pretty minor annoyance - netbooks have their strengths and weaknesses, so if you can work within those limitations, you should be fine, otherwise even a budget standard laptop or a refurbished device might suit you better. What are you thinking on using it for?0 -
You can get netbooks with 17" screens, it is just that they are called laptops.0
