  • :TAll done for the night wont need to do too much this weekend bar some "decluttering type tasks" Kitchen now looking like something not closely resembeled to a world war 3 zone so i can at least see progress.

Now going off for a quick bath with some relaxion music in the background for a little bit of quiet wind down before bed.

Congrats to DS1 and GF, pigpen, and welcome to Fabian.

Thanks for the suggestions. I reduced and thickened the cherry juice and it's now with the cherries in the fridge, to be eaten as a homemade version of Muller Corner with some very nice and creamy Greek yogurt from lidl. :D

Cake, flowers, jam and card taken to friend for her birthday. We had a nice chat while DS2 played with her dog.

Other than making the last lot of jam and sorting the cottage pie filling (half for tomorrow, half for the freezer) I've had the afternoon and evening off, and I'm not going to start now. However, the DW is ready to go and I washed all other stuff by hand. Just the hob to wipe and at least it's no worse than it was this morning.

    Good night, everyone. x

Just managing to keep the toilets and bathroom clean and doing level one ish from the lists:) Plus side I'm not making much mess either just snuggled up on the sofa. My DGDs and their parents are safely staying away so muddling through!

    Morning All

My mate's coming round later for a couple of hours to help me to do some decluttering so hopefully I'll get quite a bit done today. M&D's for tea and then we're off to Legoland at Manchester tomorrow. I hope the weather's better tomorrow as it's absolutely pouring down at the moment.

First job of the day is to empty and reload the WM and TD. I'm also going to sort out the ironing pile and all the kids' clothes apart from their uniforms can be put away unironed as they only crumple them up in their drawers or pull them all out onto the floor when they're looking for something else - must say that my DD is the worse culprit though.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    morning all!

Well there is an awful lot of wet stuff falling from the sky! It's torrential!

Today will be a catch up on the washing and conquer Mt Ironmore day!

Am cooking curry tonight - well it seemed appropriate as the footy starts tonight!

Have a good day all - and huge congrats to Pigpen and family on the arrival of Fabian! what a little cutie...
