Can anyone please point out what would be more or less the value of such a property:

I would appreciate if you can post more or less what would be the real value of such a property (3 bed, Wanstead) ?

I am asking because I have no clue how to check it on my own, so I would appreciate your help ... by "real" value I mean how much this can be sold for?

    OP try putting the postcode into places like mouseprice.com or zoopla. That will show you what similar properties have sold for recently.

    Made up.

    The property is worth what someone will pay for it. I would not pay a bean over £200k for it.

    From my knowledge of the area and the size of the flat

    As I said they could even be priced towards £400k - Wanstead is an expensive area and great for links into The City

    It's a new build, yes? If you're the first buyer, expect to pay a premium compared with any other similar "second hand" properties in the area.
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
