Can anyone please point out what would be more or less the value of such a property:

I would appreciate if you can post more or less what would be the real value of such a property (3 bed, Wanstead) ?
I am asking because I have no clue how to check it on my own, so I would appreciate your help ... by "real" value I mean how much this can be sold for?
Thanks!

For context for readers posting on this thread.
OP try putting the postcode into places like mouseprice.com or zoopla. That will show you what similar properties have sold for recently.0 -

What do you mean by that?0 -
Made up.
The property is worth what someone will pay for it. I would not pay a bean over £200k for it.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -

From my knowledge of the area and the size of the flat
As I said they could even be priced towards £400k - Wanstead is an expensive area and great for links into The City0 -

Why is it an expensive area?
You must have known enough about it to buy a £370k property in it...0 -

It's a new build, yes? If you're the first buyer, expect to pay a premium compared with any other similar "second hand" properties in the area.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
