Why was my thread asking for help for being dumped deleted?

threads on here are often deleted with no trace or apparent reason.
highly annoying when you have invested the time posting in it, obviously. Most other places I know of simply lock threads, so that the information is still there and accessible.

I think it is more likely that it was to protect you OP. You had posted a lot of information about yourself and your friend in it. Try not to worry about it, posts come and go on here.Life is short, smile while you still have teeth
