It'll probably depend on the individual agent.

As we don't know who your agent is; whether they are a large nationwide/countywide chain, with lots of employees who can share the rota for working weekend/bank holidays, or a small independent who may bow to the pressure of observing their employee's right to have a public holiday off, or even a one-man band who thinks "sod it, family comes first, so I'm going to give tomorrow a miss" - how can we tell?

Ring in the morning and if someone answers the 'phone I expect they are open! Otherwise, if they have a website, check that as it might give you a clue.

mine have been closed weekends since 2008....
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

They might be, they might not. On average, I'd say not. Every one is different, so you need to contact yours tomorrow and see if they answer the phone or not.

In my area, most are closed, apart from one (who is taking Tuesday off).

The one that is open is the one that is open Sundays (the others dont)...maybe that will give you a clue as bank holidays tend to match Sunday trading hours.

My ea is open all over the bank holiday weekend, as per usual with them, bar Tuesday. Mine is a small independent ea, but know most other ea's in the area always open Sat & Sun & Bank holiday Mondays.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
