To really help we NEED the information requested - different stages and court decisions have different levels of severity and actions that can be taken. If there is a CCJ then that is serious, we need to know if he is working, if he has any property, if he has a car etc etc etc - his girlfriends items are safe, they can't touch these but the declaration above will help get shot of any bailiffs quicker certainly
