I am sorry to hear about the charge you received at Towers Business Park, I have checked our records and we only have 1 ticket outstanding at this site over the last 92days (all others paid).
I understand you rent an office at Regus based on site and you do have a choice of paying a fee for monthly onsite parking or if you (like in this case) decide not to pay this then onsite parking is available at £60 per day - if paid within 14days.
You are correct there are lots of signs at this site and I have noted your pepipoo post in the charge.
The charge was, by your own admission, issued correctly and will remain - We regularly take cases to court for non payment at this site.
If you have any questions then you are best sending them to appeals@combinedparkingsolutions.co.uk
I trust this has answered your questions."

Its typical Mike Perkins watching these forums, trying to scare people

So they regularly take cases to court? Do they possess the required authorities to do so?

Or have they been caught by recent rulings in superior courts?

But, certainly a good lesson, firstly, not to put anything into posts which could be identifiable (dates/time/place) and to beware of private messages.

    What name was he using?

Using the name Andrew Leicester at the end of his personal messages, now is this his real name or a made up one? i think its obviously perky,,

But it shows that he lurks around like a rat in a sewer just waiting to pounce

Hoping to find out which business he is planning to take to court

    It's MP.
