You are correct there are lots of signs at this site and I have noted your pepipoo post in the charge.
The charge was, by your own admission, issued correctly and will remain - We regularly take cases to court for non payment at this site.

Or have they been caught by recent rulings in superior courts?
But, certainly a good lesson, firstly, not to put anything into posts which could be identifiable (dates/time/place) and to beware of private messages.

I did wonder the same as when they clamped my within 7 days of two other PCN's the first thing they said was "well you are not going to pay the other tickets".........0
