I have bought Vanish Powerpowder and used it on one of my carpets
I would thoroughly recommend this, it appealed to me as it doesn't make the carpet wet. It definately brightened it up, it wasn't heavily stained, so I couldn't vouch for stain removal, but to freshen up a carpet with relative ease I would say go for it.

I've just seen the ad on TV and read up on the product - linky - but wanted some honest opinions here. I pride myself on a spotless carpet but the ad looked too good to be true. Next q: is it on offer anywhere atm?
