I have logged onto my LTSB account today and see they are still matching my debit card spends. They are still going into my online savings account as 'save the change'. I thought this promotion finished at the end of last month - am I wrong? If so I will need to get my fingers out to max the 'savings' on offer. Can anyone confirm this to be right?

The two-month promotional offer to match your £50 saved has ended but the basic principle of 'saving your change' will stay until you ask for it to be cancelled.

Thanks chesky - does this mean it will match ANY ammount now and not up to £50 max? Sorry to ask questions, would phone bank if I could but that is a 'problem' at the mo'.

No - they've stopped matching the money.

All they'll do is round up any transactions and put the money from the round up into your savings account (as they did before.)

There was never any limit on the amount of money they'll do this with - the £50 limit was on what they'd match in the first two months.

-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries

This is my first post. I challenged lloydstsb that their advertising relating to 'Save The Change' was misleading as it was not actually possible to receive £100.00 as they deducted £20.00 tax. They accepted this and paid me a £20.00 'Customer Care' payment.

Sorry this may appear a bit late, but have only just heard back from Lloyds today!

(I hope this is the right spot - Wasn't sure where else to post this...)

Did anyone else have problems not receiving their matching credits?

My partner and I did the STC from our own individual current accounts, and opted to have the matching (and change) paid to the one savings account.

Lloyds are now saying that they will only pay the matching once, because we nominated only 1 savings account.

On sign up I recall that the matching was on change paid from the current Visa debit card accounts, not the amount received to the savings account, so therefore we should receive two matching credits - 1 each.

    Appreciate your feedback/advice..
