Online tennant introduction service

We are going to rent our house out and have found a tenant. He was the previous tenant before we purchased the property and he is keen to move back in. Does anybody have any good ideas for online intro letting services that will do the checks and draw up the tenancy agreement for us? Is House network one of them?
Thank you.
Thank you.

If you already have a tenant, why do you need an intro service?
(or what exactly do you mean by this?)
For credit vetting, see this post and the links within.
For a tenancy agreement, you are best off joining a landlord's association - they will provide documentation and far more besides. See same post.0 -
This is our first time renting so I wanted somebody to do all the legal stuff for us and I wasn't really sure who to go through. We are happy to manage the property ourselves.0

Advance warning- Letting Agent's require noformal training or qualifications to set up- heck, I could set up a Lettings Agency tomorrow. If you want the legal stuff done properly, you'd need to pay a solicitor to do that for you.
Anything not done properly by someone you hire will still be your responsibility- such as a deposit not being protected- if this isn't done within a certain timeframe, the tenant can often claim 3x it's value back off of *you*. So even if you hire someone, you still need to be aware of your responsibilities. If it rains, it rains.
We'll be in the street, looking thunder in the face,
Singing la la la la la,
I wont change0
