Redundancy and holiday entitlement

Hello,
I have been made redundant and my employer terminated my employment on 01/05. I have one months notice so they paid me my salary for this month but they are refusing to pay my holiday entitlement for the extra month. They are calculating my years holiday entitlement until 01/05 instead of 01/06. Is this right?
Thanks,
Nick

Yes if they are paying in Lieu of notice. If they made you work your notice then it's not right.0

Whats the contract say about PILON.
Remember the employer could require you to take any holiday that would acrue if you worked notice during the notice, so you would have no loss.0
