barclaycard fees and charges

was wondering has anyone else had the same problems as i had claiming back fees and charges from Barclaycard. Since January I have been getting letters from them asking every time for my account number, but yet every time i send it in I get the same letter back. I has also rang in to them but guess what................. Yep they need my account number. I have got that sick of it i have sent the whole lot off to the FOS
