Possibly, and IMO more likely, but before proceeding with a reinstall it's worth running some hardware diagnostics to check. There's likely to be a diagnostics utility in a hidden partition of the hard drive. Post the full model number of the laptop and should be able to find how to access it if it exists (usually by pressing one of the keys (F1 - F12) along top of keyboard during boot up, just need to find out which one)How do I add a signature?0 -
