HTC Hero phone

I have a HTC Hero and i am having a problem in receiving calls from 2 people the rest of my contacts are fine, when the 2 contacts call my phone does not ring and cuts them off?.. not sure whats happening i dont have call barring!! Help...

Perhaps your phone doesn't like them? :laugh:
Although you don't have call barring, some smart phones have options you can set against individual contacts - check address book entries to see.
Eliminate the phone as being the problem is to put your SIM card into a different phone and have them call you. does the problem persist?
Try deleting one of the contacts from your address book, does this make any difference?
Any problems when you call them?
Failing that, what is the common denominator between these two contacts? (same phones / same network / same geographical location)How do I add a signature?0 -
My phone doesn't mind them, its my purse that's under pressure from them!! thanks for advice will try out your suggestions...0
