VAT History?

Hi,
Is it possible for anyone other than HMRC to gain access to my VAT payment and rebates history?
I own a limited company which never fully got off the ground but did trade briefly and paid a small amount of VAT and also received a rebate on it... I decided not to pursue the company any further and never entered accounts to Companies House, and allowing the company to be wound-up. Hence there are no accounts with Co. House for anyone to see.
Is there any other way of a third party seeing my tax history?
