Specsavers complaint

I have just had the worst customer service ever from Specsavers in South Shields, they actually made me cry as the sales person spoke to me in such an appalling manner on the phone.
I would like to complain but the website says I have to contact the store directly and that means speaking to the same person, which I obviously don't want to do.
Does anyone know how I can complain through another channel.
Thanks, Donna

I had a similar problem with the one in Glenrothes a few years ago, I was advised to write to the franchise holder with my complaints about his staff but I got no reply.
My solution at the time was to rant at the top of my voice in the shop and highlight to all that could hear what I thought about the way I had been treated and how bad I thought their attitude was.
It did not do me any good in the long term but it made me feel better at the time.0 -
send a letter registered post to the manager of the shop.0
