Student Finance Tip

Trying to get to speak to a representative at Student finance can be an absolute nightmare. So, when it asks you for your ART ID no and then the password, if you give the wrong password you will be put straight through so you can talk to someone. I did this for my son by mistake this morning, the last time we tried to get to an adviser we gave up after the fifth attempt.
