PPI got complicated
mismatch
Hi guys thanks for havin a look at this. I know u'l prob all say I shouldn't have but I used a company for my 2 ppi claims but it was a bit complicated for me with financial situation and defaulting on cc payments and debts sent out so I wanted to b sure it was done right. But anyway 1 ppi has paid out :T the other however has got more complicated.
I was sold mortgage payment ppi by an Independant broker which I shouldn't have been sold. I cancelled this last may and attempted to reclaim via the company in nov last yr. now the broker closed his business a few yrs after selling me insurance then reset himself up continuing to sell insurance etc but now has apparently committed suicide. So my ppi claim can't b made against him and the administrating company for the insurance say its not up to them to pay out as they didn't sell it to me, he did.
Hope this makes some kind of sense. And does anyone know if it sounds right or if I can take it elsewhere with or without the ppi claim company.
Thanks in advance

If it was bought before 2005 then its the end of the road. If it was bought after that then you have access to the FSCS.
