Am I entitled to anything?

Hi,

Just wondered if someone with experience might be able to tell me whether I'm entitled to any Job Seekers Allowance based on the following:

I bought my house 2 years ago, valued at 100,000 at time of purchase and put 25,000 that I had saved up into it.

I've got a meeting to go through my application for JSA next Wednesday, but I'm worried that I'm gonna get refused based on the deposit I put into the house!

Really grateful for any replies :)

Thanks,

Ret

If you have only recently lost your job then I don't think the deposit will affect JSA -it's based either on contributions or income, depending on which you are applying for.
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!
