My mum gave me a pack of Miracle Grow which attaches to the hose. Has anyone used this liquid feed and been pleased with the results?

    Hi

I've not used that one but I have one of Miraclegro's liquid feed attachment/gun for the hose and it makes life a lot easier. I just made sure that I only had it switched to 'feed' when I wanted it and switched to 'water' when I didn't (for example when I was going passed steps, patio etc..) If you don't do that, you'll waste a lot of feed...

I think it made a difference and I plan to use it again this year.

    Cheers

Yeah, it's good stuff for plants in pots. I personally wouldn't fancy using it on crop plants I was going to eat but for flowers etc it's fine.

My experience with MG is that it seems to kill plants..or is that just me?
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I think it does make a difference to the plants to be honest, only shame is I cant use it this year with the hose pipe ban :(

Not really as it contains Miracle Grow!
  • I have one but don't think its that good. For a start it leaks and I know I'm not the only one. But the main issue I have is that Miracle Grow contains a blue dye which stains Indian sandstone.
