Alot of videos dont sell on Ebay (as most peeps use DVD players now) unless its a video in demand.
Its worth looking for all your videos in Ebay, to see if other videos that are the same are selling.
If not and you put them up for auction, you may waste your advertising fees when they dont sell.

Good luck Ebaying though, it's a little godsend to me.

Agree with Bambywamby - a lot of videos don't sell on ebay. If you want to sell them on ebay you may have better luck grouping them into "lots" by theme or star. But the postage costs will be more ....

Do you have a Cash Converters store near you? I used to get 50p per video there, not a fortune but it all adds up in the end and might be easier/more profitable than selling them on eBay. Not sure if they still take videos though...

Yes we have a cash converters. If they won't sell I will donate them to charity. Most of them are kiddies videos to be honest.

    Did he get the job?

Don't know yet ... the interview went as well as it could have ... he passed all the tests etc. so we just have to wait and hear now whether he has the job. It is for bus driving so they had to do a theory & maths test, and a driving assessment as well as a drugs test and 2 interviews. All that was fine and dandy, so just down to them now whether they give him a job or not.

Hope he gets the job and well done on your positive debt repayment plan so far! Wondering if my spreadsheets in my sig may help - also Amazon is good for books instead of ebay, otherwise ebay is good for everything else. Plus you can get lots of freebies on the Freebies board and also around £10 worth of vouchers every 5 weeks or so from Pigsback, maybe double that if your OH has an account as well. Sending positive 'get the job' vibes your way!

I did it .... I got the savings £240 and have just cleared capital one credit card balance £133.73 and topshop balance £68.34 then I'm going to pay off the remainder from one of the other cards. I am going to go and update my snowball now too. I got a letter this morning from Capital One saying the interest rates were rising to 34.94% variable and that made my mind up for me well and truly that I wanted rid. They also have a £50 security deposit which I had to give when I opened the account so I will get that back as well and can then pay that off one of the remaining debts. It's all going in the right direction :D

Still no news about the job, but the guy is only due back at work today so won't have had chance yet to do anything.

p.s. I am now going to cancel and close the accounts to remove any temptation.
