Too little information to give a definitive answer, but if the email was classed as an invitation to treat, and they have not yet despatched the goods, it is unlikely you can enforce the "offer".0

Generally speaking, until the goods are despatched, the contract's not complete and the company can cancel the order. However, they can't insist you continue with the order so if they've charged you a higher price that you're not happy with you should be able to exit without penalty. Alternatively just return under the DSR. When did you place the order? Have you received the goods yet?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
