Hi Guys,
A colleague has just been given a "parking charge" from these Private Car Parking Enforcement Agency, now im assuming these are ppc scum and the ticket should be used as toilet paper - correct ?

yes as long as the car is privately registered to the home address.

Been reading here for a while so was pretty sure of the facts and yep im passing the info on to friends and family at every opportunity, might even go find a ppc car park over the weekend, see if I can get some free toilet paper of my own lol0 -
