Am I being blind or is there no way to get in touch with Natwest via there website??
Can't see any messaging option
Cant see any live chat
Can only see ask a question - Which is no use whatsoever

Ahh found a live chat in the product section.
Absolutley useless though, just tell you to ring customer service.

Was chasing up my ISA transfer which departed my fd account a few days ago.
Bloke on live chat just said he couldn't help, ring customer services and ended the chat.
I took the time to fill in their satisfaction survey afterwards!0 -
I always understood that as Livechat is not secure, the staff are unable to discuss specific account matters0

The live chat is not designed for account specific questions.
