It may be a cheaper alternative to a house, but it will depreciate not appreciate overtime and then you'll be back square one and having to repay £33k, whilst looking for another mortgage for a proper house. Maybe JoeK can direct you to some lenders in the North that can help.Debt Free!!!0 -
