do you know anywhere he can contact?

Ive now fell in love with this mobile and is such a cheaper alternative to a house! also, me, hubby and baby need a home of our own!

    I really appreciate this BTW

It may be a cheaper alternative to a house, but it will depreciate not appreciate overtime and then you'll be back square one and having to repay £33k, whilst looking for another mortgage for a proper house. Maybe JoeK can direct you to some lenders in the North that can help.

Irishsorone, have you tried offering them £25,000 for the mobile home?

If it's possible your brother could buy the new house and remortgage it in his name for your benefit, perhaps.

He could surely raise the required amount on it.

Ask your dad to visit htp://www.mortgages2.co.uk for a cheap remortgage and complete the enquiry form.
