may my concern is that if l fail :mad: as l have the last 3 times [and been re-instated each time on appeal twice and once on tribuneral]
will the amount l recieve [£45.35pw] stay the same whilst l appeal the decision?
l know on cb esa it dropped from £94pw to £64pw during this time but not sure what will happen on ib esa
thank you in advance

I assume you get a pension, or some other income that reduces your ESA.
Yes, the amount drops.
The amount you get paid during an appeal is the same as the basic rate, minus the component for the support or work-related groups.
(31 or 26 quid).
If you're getting 45 now - that's because it's been assessed that your other income reduces the amount you need to that figure.
With the support or WRAG component removed, it would reduce to around 10/15 pounds a week.0
