    natlie - Thanks for starting us off, sorry to hear of your early start, lol, kids are great aren't they?

    Miserable day here weather wise, cool again and dull, life is very quiet here, everything clean and tidy, no washing or ironing, struggling to find things to do, lol. Today's list

    Check Banks - Done
    Check swapits - Done
    Bank Cheque (from mum) - Done
    Work (11.30 - 1.30) - Done
    Keep up to date with surveys -
    Keep on top of emails - Done
    Quick tidy round - Done
    Update food tracker (34lb off) - in progress
    Meals from stores - Done
    Comps -

    Hi there,
    My little money saving things today are:

    All meals from store
    charging phone and palm at work
    Listing items on ebay - at least 5 - this evening
    Free exercise - walking
    Turn heating off!

  • Well, today i have paid off my Very account and requested it to be closed
    Paid the final balance (interest after BTrans) and closed Virgin card
    Going to get hubby to call and clear his in a while and close that card account.
    Arranged for the £27 credit on my santander cc to be trans into current account and closed that card account :):)
    Checked balance and added up all bills due to come out between now and end of June.
    Hubby went shopping with £5.81 worth off money off vouchers so £75 shop for £69.19:D:D
    On budget for shopping so far this month.

    Thanks :o It's been 2 weeks now and i'm keeping the motivation going. Spends down to a min and my eagle eye on the bank account every day!! (Not once every 2-3 months like before)
